Q: How to use the newest software? What should i pay attention when i use it?

A: There are SATA and IDE format HDD, and T30 HDD with the 11/2010 software. No matter which format you buy from our website, when you install the software on your computer, you should pay attention:

1.Plug out the HDD of your computer, and then insert  our HDD with newest software.

    Note: Your computer should have just only one HDD, it is our HDD. It is the basic and  most important point.
    
    Eerro: If you don't plug your HDD from the computer, and connect our HDD with the computer by USB, it mean your computer has two HDDs at the same time, the software on the HDD would be sure to be damaged by your wrong operation, and you can not use it any more.

2.When all ready, start your computer, then the software will be automatically installed, don't move it, just wait.  During the DAS installtion, your computer will restart few times, just like reinstalling your computer system. It will last nearly 15-20 minutes.

   Note: During the installation, make sure of enough power of your computer, don't let it power off. Or it also will damage the software.

3.When you see the Diagnostic screen, there are DAS, Xentry, and so on, it means that the installation has finished.
  
   Note: Don't try to change the HDD to a mobile HDD, and connect with your computer by USB. It can not work normally, and will also damage the software.

Q:What is the difference for the installation between the newest software 11/2010 version and  the nomal C3 software?


A: If you receive the HDD like the picture above, the installation is the same as the 11/2010 version software, you should plug out your computer HDD first, insert our HDD to your computer, and then start to install it.
    If you receive the HDD coming with a USB cable from the package, you don't need to plug out the HDD from your computer, you can connect the HDD with your computer by USB, and then start the installation.

Tips:
Better to install the software on the computer with Windows XP system.
Better to close the Anti-virus software on your computer. Because the Anti-virus may recognise it as a type of virus, will clear off all the software on the CD.
There is develop software in the hardisk,but it has only german language.
