All of our products will be tested for 3 times:
1. Factory test: after production finished,Factory will test it firstly before sending to our Warehouse.
2. Warehouse Test: Warehouse will test the product when it arrivals.
3. Test Before shipment.
In any one process, any faulty is found, we will immediately resolve it to ensure it is in good condition
before sending.

We warrant that the products sold in our website, other than explicitly stated, are 100% brand new and
free from defects in material and workmanship. Our detailed warrant policy is as follows:
1. Unless otherwise specified, we warrant our products for 1 year under normals. During the first fifteen
(15) days from the date you received the product(s), we will replace any defective product(s).
2.After fifteen(15) days and up to one (1) year of purchase, we will, subject to inspection, repair the
defective product pack or replace it with a new or reconditioned unit.The return must be shipped
prepaid.
3. Unless otherwise specified, the warranty period is 1 year from the date of original purchase. A
replacement item, if sent, does not restart, or in any way extend, the warranty period.
4. We provide one year free software update service for some of the products we sell. Pls contact our
